These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed through  [www.krishkarthik.com](http:// www.krishkarthik.com), Instagram, WhatsApp, or via  in-studio consultation.

Nature of Products

• All products are  customized, made-to-order bridal wear (unisex)

• Each outfit is created based on customer-provided measurements and preferences

Orders & Payments

 A  minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm an order

The  remaining balance must be paid prior to shipping or in-person studio collection

Orders cannot be modified once confirmed

Order Fulfilment Timeline

• The standard order fulfilment timeline is  up to 60 days from the date of order confirmation

• Timelines may vary due to design complexity, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances

Product Representation

Images and colors shown are indicative. Minor variations may occur and shall not be considered defects.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and details. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect information.

Marketplace & In-Studio Orders

Orders placed via social media or in-studio consultation are governed by these same Terms & Conditions. Social media platforms act only as communication channels.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in  Chennai, Tamil Nadu, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
