Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed online, via social media, or through  in-studio consultation.

Customer Cancellation

• Once an order is confirmed and advance payment is received,  cancellation is not permitted

• Advance payments are  non-refundable

• Requests prior to production may be reviewed on a best-effort basis, without obligation to approve

Studio Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to material unavailability, incorrect information, or operational constraints. Any applicable payment handling will be communicated transparently.

Acceptance

Placing an order confirms acceptance of this Cancellation Policy.
