Terms & Conditions

1. Order Confirmation & Advance Payment

• To customize an order, customers must pay 50% of the estimated cost as an advance payment. This payment confirms the order and initiates the design process.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

• Customized orders take a minimum of 30 to 45 days, depending on the complexity of the design and model.

• The estimated delivery timeline will be communicated upon order confirmation.

3. Customization Assistance & Design Approval

• Our designer will assist in customizing the order and will share sketch art after the order is confirmed.

• Any modifications requested after approval may affect the timeline and cost.

4. No Return Policy

• As all orders are fully customized and tailored uniquely for each customer, returns are not allowed.

• Customers are advised to review and approve designs before finalizing their order.

5. Final Payment & Delivery

• The balance payment must be made before delivery of the order.

• For online orders, product pictures and videos will be shared with the customer before dispatch.
